These Terms of Service and the conditions listed below apply to Scholar Champion Athlete (SCA) Recruiting LLC, https://www.scarecruiting.com/, and all products / services offered by SCA Recruiting, and the conditions concerning your use of and access to the SCA Recruiting website. By accessing, using, or downloading any materials or content from the website, you agree to follow and will be bound by all conditions included in this document. If you do not agree with these Terms you may not use our products and/or website.

Use Provisions

Internet Services, Content, Products, and Accuracy of Data: We attempt to ensure that information on this website is complete, accurate, and current, however, due to the nature of the information we gather (and its sources) it may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy or completeness of any information expressed on our website. All features, content, product descriptions, product pricing, services, and statements of said products and services described or displayed on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Scholar Champion Athlete Recruiting continually attempts to accurately display all aspects of our products and services.

Order Confirmations

It is our practice to confirm orders by email receipt. Receiving said email binds the client to their obligations as outlined in the Billing and Payments Section included in this agreement. Receiving an email receipt does NOT constitute an agreement beyond the specified details of that receipt. You may request a receipt be reissued by e-mailed to you. If you do not receive a receipt by mail your emailed copy will serve as your formal receipt. Anyone “logging in” to our client side confirms that they have received a receipt and will be bound by the terms and conditions regarding Billing and Payments below. We reserve the right without prior notice and at our discretion to refuse service to any customer along with access to the website by any visitor or customer should it be used inappropriately or beyond the scope of what SCA Recruiting deems acceptable.

Materials and Content

ALL materials and content provided by Scholar Champion Athlete Recruiting or displayed on www.scarecruiting.com require written authorization to be used or transmitted by any user of the website. Any material generated by SCA Recruiting and displayed on the website is the sole property of SCA Recruiting. This includes, but is not limited to: Product Branding, Rankings, Images, Client Data, Content, and Accounts Created.

Any unauthorized use of said materials and content may violate local, state, or federal laws designed to protect copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual capital. It is the client’s responsibility to comply with the laws governing their use of the website and protect their personal information (specifically account username / password) along with the confidentiality of their information that may be displayed. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur with-in your account and will NOT hold SCA Recruiting liable should the account (or its data) be compromised by an unauthorized user.

Termination

Scholar Champion Athlete Recruiting has the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason and you “the user” or “account holder” has the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason within the guidelines of our Billing and Payments Section.

Recruit Rankings

All recruitment rankings are the intellectual property of SCA Recruiting unless otherwise stated in an additional contract or addendum.

White Labeling

All password protected content, including those for “white-labeled” partners are the property of SCA Recruiting unless otherwise stated in an additional contract or addendum. Business to business payment for such content will adhere to the guidelines discussed in the aforementioned contract.

Billing and Payments

Scholar Champion Athlete Recruiting has specific policies concerning billing and payments. ALL products offered by SCA Recruiting fall under this scope, including but not limited to: Print-on Demand Products, Digital Products, Online Meetings, Partnerships, Account Memberships, (and all add-ons). Payments may be made by credit card or check (in some instances). Any money that has been spent on an account for SCA Recruiting by any third party is not refundable at any point. Set-up fees charged for the creation of any deliverables and establishment are not refundable.

ALL products and services are to be paid in full at the point of sale unless otherwise specified. Accounts with payment plans are put on a recurring payment cycle until the total sale price is paid in full. Subscriptions are put on a recurring payment cycle until the account is cancelled by the customer, unless specified otherwise by the customer at point of sale. Any client wishing to be taken off recurring status, pause an account, or cancel an account must do so online, or contact SCA Recruiting at 904-878-7573 at least 2 business days prior to the due date of their next payment. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact SCA Recruiting to cancel their account.

Payments made by credit card MUST be successfully processed by SCA Recruiting to keep accounts online and active to prevent any ‘down-time’ or temporary termination of service.

Return Policy / Refund Policy

Scholar Champion Athlete Recruiting sells online meeting services, digital products, and print on demand goods.

All individually scheduled online meetings with SCA personnel are non-refundable after the cancellation window has closed. For any paid 1 on 1 virtual meeting appointments, all customers are expected to provide MORE than 48 hours notice to the scheduled time for cancellations. Otherwise, customers will be charged for the full session. Please use the links provided via e-mail to cancel or change your appointment. If necessary you can email CoachRob@SCArecruiting.com as well to discuss cancellations. Note that if the customer does not show up or contact SCA Recruiting via e-mail or phone within 15 minutes of the scheduled meeting time, SCA reserves the right to cancel the meeting without a refund.

All sales of digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on SCArecruiting.com. If the customer is on a payment plan and cancels in the middle of the terms, they will not be billed for the remaining monthly charges. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can cancel it at any time using the Account Menu. After cancellation, you will not be billed at the beginning of the next billing cycle. Note no refunds are guaranteed. Should your e-mail documented request for a refund be considered, no refund will be processed without the completion and submission of a refund form that will be sent to you later via e-mail. Should you choose to cancel while on a payment plan you should retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. please reach out to CoachRob@SCArecruiting.com directly for more information. SCA Recruiting reserves the right not to grant refunds for any billed meetings and digital product services.

Print on demand goods like those available in the SCA shop are made to order through Printify.com and their manufacturers. As a result all orders are final, and are not eligible for refunds. However, if there is structural damage to an order that is not deemed to be your fault, you may be able to request a replacement. Replacement goods are processed through the Printify approved manufacturer, and are subject to the guidelines as specified within the product packaging. SCA Recruiting does not directly handle any claims for replacement, return, or refund.

Limitation of Liability & Customers (Clients) Responsibility

Scholar Champion Athlete Recruiting accepts no responsibility in the following instances: should an account be brought off-line as a result of technical difficulties at our facilities or those of the vendors SCA Recruiting uses. Due to the technical nature of our products and services SCA Recruiting can not be held responsible for technical difficulties that occur. SCA Recruiting’s recruitment services and products are designed to help customers and do not guarantee any increase in recruitment success or engagement levels to a given action. Any loss of money resulting from SCA advice is solely the responsibility of the client. If a client notices an error in their account, or in any product or service – it is solely their responsibility to contact SCA Recruiting to have it changed.

Third-Party Disclosure

Scholar Champion Athlete Recruiting uses third parties for various products and services and cannot be held responsible for downtime or loss of service due to failures of said third parties.

Representations and Warranties

Each party represents and warrants that it has the power and authority to enter into this agreement and fully understands ALL of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS expressed within.

Intellectual Property Notice

All elements of this website (www.scarecruiting.com) that have been generated by Scholar Champion Athlete Recruiting are the intellectual property of SCA Recruiting.
